Two fun sections of the hotel are the Observation Loop Platforms mounted three quarters of the way out on each Core Tube. Guests may float out into them and stop at any of the cylindrical windows for a 360° x 360° view of Earth, the Stars and the Station itself. Other than during your trip from or back to Earth, unless you are fortunate enough to snag a space suit and exit the airlock, these and the Observation Domes at the top of the eight smaller Towers are the only locations on the station where it's structure can be seen while you are on board.
